I’m Dr. Andrea Maxim, ND, and I know all about what you’re going through. In case we’ve never met before, let me tell you a little bit about me…
I am a mother of two beautiful girls, Aria and Brooklyn, both stubborn and feisty in their own ways. I have my furbaby, King, our beloved German Shepherd and a wife to my ride-or-die hubby, Scott.
I have been in practice over 10 years and during that time, wrote a book, MAXIMized Health, while pregnant with Aria, owner of 3 practices across Southern Ontario and have been featured in local newspapers, podcasts and cable TV shows.
Treating over 500 patients a year, I got a great grasp on what will help you lose that tummy bloat, re-gain your energy and overall make you feel like a strong, confident woman again. This clinical experience helped to birth the GAT Protocol © which is our system for healing your Gut-Adrenals (stress)-Thyroid in that order for long-lasting success.
I always knew I wanted to be a doctor.
Since the age of 5yo, I remember running off the school bus into my mother’s arms and shouting, “I’m going to be a doctor one day, momma!” and that was it.
I never lost sight of that goal and while in university, I discovered Naturopathic Medicine and it was instantly love at first sight (just like with my hubby!)
Naturopathy allows me to treat you in such a different and more holistic way than conventional medicine. While helping your body heal, we also build a human-to-human relationship, where you can let go of the wheel and let me drive you to long-lasting health success.
I believe that the women I treat are absolute SUPER HEROS!
