Being Inactive Kills as Many as Cigarettes

Did you know that there are more that 5.3 million deaths per year caused by physical inactivity, which is just about the same number of deaths attributed to cigarette smoking (5 million deaths).
Physical inactivity promotes obesity, heart disease, diabetes, cancers, pretty much anything you would not want to be diagnosed with. Want to live longer?? Get moving. Researchers in this paper found that if we eliminated physical inactivity, the world’s population might gain almost 1 year in life expectancy. I bet that regardless how long you live so long as your moving your quality of life and your self-esteem will be huge up until the day you die.
My suggestion, get out there and move your butt! It doesn’t have to be a crazy, sweat dripping workout every time, but try to sweat at least once every day and move for a total of 60min every day. That 60min workout could be 6 x 10min or 4 x 15min, whatever it takes!
