Flavoured Water Enhancers Do Nothing to Enhance Your Health

There are no ingredients that make drinking flavoured water enhancers safe for your health. Let’s break those ingredients down:

Propylene glycol:
Chemical found in personal care products and foods that keeps products from melting in heat or freezing in fridgid temperatures. It has been linked to cancer, developmental and reproductive issues, neurotoxicity, endocrine disruption and organ toxicity.

Sucralose:
Artificial sweetener linked to gastrointestinal problems, migraines, blurred vision, allergic reactions and poor blood sugar regulation.

Aspartame:
Artificial sweetener that Mercola calls “By Far, the Most Dangerous Substance on the Market“. Known to cause all kinds of disease symptoms because of the chemical components: aspartic acid, phenylalanine and methanol.  All three of these chemical compounds will mess up your brains signalling system causing mood disorders, digestive disorders, vision problems, and serious conditions like MS, Parkinson’s disease, dementia or epilepsy.

Red 40 and Blue 1:
Artificial food colourings that trigger allergy symptoms and possibly contain contaminated cancer-causing chemicals.

As you can see, there’s a pattern happening — Artificial Artificial Artificial.  Why put something man-made into that beautiful body of yours??  How about don’t and try flavouring your water with something natural: citrus fruits, mint leaves, raw honey or natural maple syrup (just a dash).
